About us

The story behind our success

Intescia Group was created from a great entrepreneurial history. In 2013, managers and 20 key employees bought the french activities of Reed Business Information with a simple objective: to help companies sell better thanks to B2B information services accessible by annual subscription on a high-performance platform.

Since then, the 3 majority partners Alexandre Sidommo, Gianni Cavalcaselle and Stéphane Barus, supported by investment funds, have continued to pursue this objective, building around Doubletrade a new Group with the sale of 9 non-strategic companies and buyouts of Edisys (2013), Corporama (2014) and Scores & Décisions (2016).

Today, the Intescia Group is present in 4 countries (France, Spain, Tunisia and Mauritius) and has reached € 28 million in turnover thanks to its 12,000 loyal customers and the commitment of 420 employees.

In 10 years, the Intescia Group has evolved with the same ambition: to develop predictive solutions for business opportunities based on Artificial Intelligence to validate, link and interpret the millions of  data (sometimes source of anxiety) in order to allow company management to see more clearly and make the right decisions.
